At Adalbert's Tea, we believe in the power of authenticity. Our story begins in the sun-drenched plantations of Sri Lanka, where the highest quality, carefully selected tea leaves are harvested by hand.
We've joined forces with the masters of Willisch ice cream parlors—artisans who have shared our passion for uncompromising quality for 35 years. Willisch's history is written similarly: by a team of experts who process only the finest raw materials.

In the Willisch artisanal process, our tea is treated with due respect. Leaves from our "Emotions" line are first patiently and carefully steeped. Only then does this deep, noble infusion—a true Ceylon treasure—become the basis for the velvety, creamy ice base.
