COMPETITION RULES

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is Adalbert's Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Działkowa 121A, entered into the National Court Register under number 0000505307, NIP: 525-25-81-861 and REGON: 147190452 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
2. The competition is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Regulations define the rules of participation in the Competition and the conditions of participation, which the Participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") accepts upon entering the Competition.
4. Before taking part in the Competition, the Participant should read the regulations.
5. The competition runs from 06/03/2026 to 13/03/2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Period").
6. The subject of the Competition is to select 10 winners from among the Participants who, during the Competition Period, submit a valid entry (hereinafter referred to as the "Entry") by: posting under the competition post on the website https://www.facebook.com/AdalbertsTea or on Instagram, under the competition post on the @adalbertstea profile, comment on the task. Task: Write what you love most about being a woman.

§ 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

1. The Competition is open to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code and who:
   • a) are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity or
   • b) are over 13 years of age, have limited legal capacity and have obtained the consent of their legal representative.
2. Employees of the Organizer and members of their families are excluded from participating in the Competition.
3. Legal entities and organizational units without legal personality may not participate in the Competition.
4. By entering the Competition, the Participant consents to the use of his or her image (name, surname, photo) by the Organizer for the purposes of promoting the Competition and the Adalbert's Tea brand.
5. The organizer is not responsible for any technical problems that prevent the submission of an entry.
6. Each Participant may enter the Competition only once.

§ 3. PRIZES

1. The prizes in the Competition are 10 sets, including: ADALBERT'S TEA CLASSIC COLLECTION and NATURAL SOY CANDLE HAPPINESS with a total value of PLN 98.99.
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
3. Prizes will be shipped one time at the Organizer's expense. Any additional shipments will be at the Winner's expense.
4. Winners are required to provide their shipping details within 7 working days of the announcement of the results in a private message on Facebook, Instagram, or by email to: sklep@adalberts.pl.

§ 4. RULES AND PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION

1. A jury appointed by the Organizer will select 10 sets that provide the most original answers.
2. Each Participant may receive a maximum of one prize.

§ 5. PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of Participants' personal data is Adalbert's Sp. z o. o.
2. The personal data of Participants will be processed for purposes related to the conduct and proper adjudication of the Competition, including: (1) contact, (2) conducting and proper adjudication of the Competition, (3) informing about the results of the Competition, (4) issuing and settling taxes of prizes, (5) handling any complaints.
3. The legal basis for the processing of the provided data will be Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f, in conjunction with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), and the legitimate interest of the controller will be the conduct and adjudication of the Competition, including the publication of the list of Winners, preserving evidence for the establishment, exercise or defense of possible claims, and documenting the conduct of the Competition in accordance with the promise made.
4. Personal data will be processed for these purposes until the end of the Competition and the issuance and settlement of prizes, unless the Participant withdraws from the Competition earlier, and then for the period necessary to pursue and defend any claims and in accordance with the requirements of applicable law (tax regulations - 6 years).
5. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller (including IT service providers and entities providing legal and accounting services) – however, such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with the controller and only on the controller’s instructions.
6. You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data: the right to access your data, the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; the right to transfer your data to another controller, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Competition Rules are available on the Competition Website.
2. The competition is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal acts shall apply.
4. Disputes arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition, which will be announced on the Competition Website.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Competition without giving reasons.
