This is one of those desserts that practically makes itself. Creamy, slightly nutty, with a hint of matcha – perfect for a leisurely breakfast, something sweet after dinner, or on-the-go. Enriched with flavor Matcha Shake Latte, Matcha Shake Mango or Matcha Shake Strawberry from Adalbert's Tea - tastes a little different every time.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 300 g vanilla skyr
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 packages Matcha Shake from Adalbert's Tea
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours (preferably for several hours or overnight) until the mixture thickens.
  3. Ready pudding transfer to cups or jars.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and serve.
