Preparation method

Preparation method:Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into a cup and pour fresh boiling water (100°C). Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Useful tips:Over-steaming will result in a tart infusion. Always boil fresh water in the kettle; do not brew tea with already boiled water. Tea leaves need room to expand; use appropriately sized infusers or filters to prevent the leaves from being compressed during the brewing process.

Storage conditions:Store in a dry and cool place, in a tightly closed container.

I was on vacation in Wolin last summer and bought a packet of Adalbert's black tropical tea in bags (partly because I loved the design) and - oh my - it was the best tea I've tasted for a long time. Back in Denmark the packet emptied too fast and I went online to see if I could buy some more. And yes! In a beautiful tin! Though it was a bit expensive to get sent to Denmark it was worth it :-D
