Why is a good teapot essential?
Can you brew tea in a mug? Of course, but it's the teapot that allows you to extract the best from it. It's in the teapot that tea leaves have enough space to unfold freely and release all their richness into the infusion.
Proper tea preparation in a teapot makes the infusion more balanced and deep in flavor. Moreover, a good teapot, especially a ceramic one, retains heat perfectly, which is crucial for the brewing process. Thanks to this, tea brews evenly.

Glass teapots and glass pots - a spectacle of tea brewing
A glass pot is a great way to observe the magical process of how tea leaves dance in hot water, gradually releasing color and creating an aromatic infusion. Moreover, glass vessels do not absorb flavors or aromas, so the same pot you can use for brewing different types of tea, and even herbs or coffee. And many of our glass teapots can also be washed in the dishwasher.
Glass teapots for tea can be supplemented with a warmer, which will help maintain the infusion at the right temperature. In this way you complete a complementary tea brewing set. A glass pot with an infuser allows for easy separation of leaves, and a candle warmer maintains the ideal temperature of the drink for a long time.
Our shop offers glass pots of various capacities and shapes. It is the ideal vessel for brewing blooming teas, green or white. A glass pot with a bamboo lid is a beautiful combination of glass and natural wood. A great choice for modern interiors.
Each glass pot in our offer is made of borosilicate glass, resistant to high temperatures. This is an important safety feature that guarantees security.
Porcelain teapot – elegance and tradition of tea brewing
A delicate porcelain tea teapot is synonymous with elegance. Perfect for special occasions and for serving tea to guests. Porcelain, like glass, is neutral to the taste of the drink.
Choose this type of porcelain teapot if you value classic aesthetics and want to create a refined atmosphere while drinking tea. In our shop a porcelain tea pot is synonymous with luxury.
Cast iron teapots - inspiration from Japan
Cast iron teapots, called tetsubin, come from Japan. They are extremely durable and retain heat the longest of all materials. Inside they are enameled, which protects against rust and allows for brewing various teas.
Preparing tea in such a teapot is a true ritual. It's heavy, solid and gives a sense of connection with tradition. In our shop you will find cast iron teapots inspired by Japanese design.
Teapots with infuser
Many of our teapots are equipped with an infuser. This is an extremely convenient and practical solution. In our pots we use various infusers, including:
- Stainless steel infuser: The most popular, durable and easy to clean.
- Ceramic infuser: An integral part of the ceramic teapot.
- Glass infuser: The perfect complement that many glass pots from our offer have.
A pot with an infuser allows for precise control of brewing time. When the infusion reaches the desired strength, you simply remove the infuser with the leaves. This way the tea won't be bitter.
Teapots of various capacities
When choosing a teapot, think about what capacity you need. In our shop we have products for every need.
Small teapots (up to 0.5L) are ideal for one or two cups of tea. A great choice for singles or for the office. Slightly larger, medium teapots (from 0.6L to 1.2 L) are the most universal. This capacity will work for everyday use, for a couple or small family. A large pot is indispensable when you have guests or during family celebrations. It allows for simultaneous preparation of a larger amount of drink.
Warmer to keep tea from losing heat
There's nothing worse than cold tea. The solution is a warmer. It's a small base, usually made of ceramics, steel or glass, in which a small candle (tea-light) is placed. You place the pot on it, and the flame maintains a constant temperature of the drink.
Most of our ceramic and glass teapots are compatible with a warmer. In our shop you will also find ready-made products - teapots sold as a set with a dedicated warmer. It's an elegant and practical set.
The art of brewing tea in a teapot
Do you already have your dream teapot? Time for perfect tea preparation!
Before adding the leaves, pour a little hot water into the teapot, stir and pour out. This simple precaution prevents thermal shock and helps the pot retain heat longer. Add leaves to the teapot or infuser. The standard measure is one teaspoon per cup plus one extra "for the pot".
Be sure to pay attention to water temperature. This is a key element! Each tea requires a different water temperature.
- Black tea: approx. 95°-98°C.
- Green tea: 70-80°C. Delicate green teas, like Gyokuro from Japan, require even lower temperature.
- White tea: approx. 80-85°C.
Pour water over the leaves and monitor the brewing time. When we pour water over the leaves, the magic begins. Brewing time depends on the type of tea.
- Black tea: 3-5 minutes.
- Green tea: 1-3 minutes.
After this time, separate the infusion from the leaves to avoid bitterness. If you have a pot with an infuser, simply remove it.
