The transportation times provided are estimates based on completed orders.
Parcel receipt date = shipment completion date (on our side) + delivery time (courier or parcel locker service).
If you pay for your order by standard transfer, the order processing time begins when the payment is credited to our account, which usually means shipping 24 hours later than in the case of cash on delivery or using online electronic payments.
Pickup in person
Personal pickup is available. We'll notify you via email and text message when your order is ready for pickup.

We count the time from the moment the payment is recorded.
Order and shipment status
Once your package is ready, you'll find a tracking number on your order form, along with a link to track your shipment. You'll also receive notifications about your shipment from your chosen carrier.
