1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1) ONLINE STORE – an internet service run by Adalbert's Sp. z o. o. available under the domain www.adalbertstea.comThe Store's business activity is the sale of teas via the Internet.
2) SELLER; SERVICE PROVIDER – Adalbert's Sp. z o. o., Szyszkowa 35/37, Warsaw, 02-285, Poland; KRS 0000505307, REGON 147190452, NIP 5252581861; tel. 22 864-06-78.
3) CUSTOMER – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit...

1.3. These Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivering products, paying, withdrawing from the contract, and making complaints.
