Rules of the "Holiday Competition with Adalbert's"

§1. General provisions

The competition is organised by Adalbert's Sp. z o. o., ul. Szyszkowa 35/37, Warsaw, KRS: 0000505307, NIP: 525-25-81-861, REGON: 147190452.

The competition takes place in Poland from 11/07/2025 to 25/07/2025 , 11:59 p.m.

The participant enters the competition by:

a comment under the competition post on Facebook with a photo of the tea or mocktail made from Adalbert's Tea and the recipe, or
Instagram post with the tag @adalbertstea , containing a photo and recipe.

To win: 13 sets of Adalbert's Tea .

§2. Conditions of participation

A participant may be a natural person (consumer) who is over 18 years of age or over 13 years of age and has the consent of a legal guardian.
Adalbert's employees and their families are excluded from participation.
By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

§3. Prizes

13 sets of Adalbert's Tea.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
One-time shipment at the Organizer's expense; re-shipment at the Winner's expense.
Winners must provide their shipping details within 7 days of the results being announced (FB, IG, or email: sklep@adalberts.pl).

§4. Rules and procedure of the competition

The jury will select 13 winners.
Each participant can only win one prize.

§5. Personal data

The data controller is Adalbert's Sp. z o. o. The data is processed for the following purposes:

contact and conduct of the competition,
announcement of results and settlement of prizes,
handling possible complaints.

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f and c). It will be stored for the duration of the competition and for the period required by law (up to 6 years).

The participant has the right to: view, rectify, delete, limit processing and transfer data.

§6. Final provisions

The rules are available on the Competition Website.
The competition is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer.
The organizer may change the rules or cancel the competition without giving any reason.
