House party season is in full swing! If you're looking for menu ideas that will warm up your guests and delight with flavor, I have something special for you. We'll prepare an aromatic, fruity punch based on ENERGY tea from Adalbert's Tea and two quick snacks with Camembert and pear. It's the perfect combination for winter evenings.
Ingredients
1. Warming Tea Punch
About 1 liter of strongly brewed tea Adalbert's Tea ENERGY (Earl Grey with lemon and ginger)
Homemade apple and cranberry compote (as a fruit base)
Freshly squeezed orange juice + extra orange juice for balance
A handful of fresh cranberries
Orange slices (some with cloves stuck in for flavor)
Spices: cinnamon sticks, star anise
Adalbert's multiflower honey to taste
2. Baked sweet potato slices
Sweet potato (cut into thick slices)
Ser camembert
Pear (thinly sliced)
Pecans (chopped)
Olive oil with spices for brushing the sweet potatoes
Decoration: fresh arugula and optional balsamic cream
3. Winter pinsa with pear and cheese
Ready-made pinsa bottom
Creamy cheese with garlic flavor
Ser camembert
Pear
Pecans
After baking: fresh rocket and cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Aromatic Punch
Make some tea Adalbert's Tea ENERGY – don’t skimp on the dried herb, the tea must be aromatic to break through the fruit flavor.
Pour the apple and cranberry compote into a large bowl, then add the freshly brewed tea.
Add fruit: orange slices with cloves and fresh cranberries.
Pour in the orange juice, add honey, and spices (cinnamon, anise). Mix thoroughly.
Party Snacks
Sweet potatoes: Brush sweet potato slices with olive oil and bake in the oven. When soft, top with pear slices, Camembert cheese, and sprinkle with nuts. Bake until the cheese melts deliciously.
Pinsa: Spread a generous amount of garlic cheese over the base. Top with the pear, cheese slices, and pecans.
Place everything in the oven. When the cheese is melted and the edges of the pinsa are crispy, remove and garnish with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes.
Why is this set worth trying?
Warming power: The ginger and lemon contained in ENERGIA tea perfectly complement the punch's spices.
Speed of execution: The snacks practically make themselves, and the effect on the table is spectacular.
Winter climate: The combination of sweet pear, salty cheese and aromatic citrus is the quintessence of the flavors of this season.
